Who we are
These terms apply to purchases made at collajoints.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars.
- We may correct pricing or availability errors before dispatch and will contact you if an error affects your order.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
Subscriptions
- Subscribe & Save takes 15% off each delivery. A new supply ships every 40, 80 or 120 days to match your plan and charges the payment method you provided.
- You can skip, pause, change or cancel at any time from the link in your order email, before the next dispatch.
Product use
CollaJoints is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Follow the directions on the label and keep it out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
